Didrick - Monstercat 3rd Anniversary Mashup Live Performance
Monstercat started on July 4, 2011, as an independent indie record label, in Canada (Eh?). (See the first song here.) (Just so you know, the majority of this post will be about their history, and songs. I will talk about the release later in the post, and the majority of this post was research. I didn't join the fanbase until early 2014.) At the time, two major genres were being produced, Dubstep (In fact the entire first album (001 - Launch Week) was dubstep, and it was only 7 tracks, for $10.) Then, a week after their launch, 002 started, and a new genre, Hard Dance, was introduced by an artist called Matduke, then Electro, which was started by Arion. Drum 'n Base was also added by, again, Matduke. Two more Dubstep tracks were uploaded, and a new genre, Trance, was introduced by Eminence. After a Dubstep track, and a DnB track, a new genre, House, NO NOT THAT HOUSE. THAT'S LATER. Anyway, a new group of artists, Project 46 introduced House to the fanbase. Moving on to an artist named Stephen Walking (AKA the Beard, and has made a song for every Monstercat album), had made Top of The World, and the outro was used by Captain Sparklez. I wonder who watches him. More dubstep was produced, etc. Until the revolutionary... EDM. Currently, any song that really doesn't fit any of the current genres fall into EDM. Moving onto 006... The revolutionary duo Televisor is introduced. They currently produce a genre called Nu Disco, and is one of the best genres out there. Anyway, they release a song called Rock The Flock, and it is an amazing song. After 006 is released, 007 comes along, and while I don't see why it is praised so much... It ends up being Monstercat's best selling album. (However, House (Yes, you can finally play it.) and Disconnected (and Pinup) are good songs.) Nothing really happens until 009, because a "new" Nu Disco artist named Rundfunk comes in and releases Turn Around (I put new in quotes, because Rundfunk is 1/2 Televisor).
Fast forwarding on to 012, where Tristam & Braken - Flight is uploaded. (By the way... Tons of Minecraft YouTubers OVERUSE THIS SONG.) This is a 7/10 song for me, but it gets 10,000,000 views. ._.
013, is where Razor Sharp (Pegboard Nerds and Tristam) is released. Also, Nu Disco was given an official genre (and color) by Insan3lik3 in his song, Rescue Me.

014 had two weeks of just electro, and introduced a new spectrum.
015 was amazing. First it had the remix of Televisor - Old Skool (from 014) by Nitro Fun. And it also had Televisor's last song until 018, called Automagic. It also contained a great Melbourne Bounce song, Timmy Trumpet & SCNDL - Bleed.
More songs were produced, and stuff, and a Podcast was started, and 018 was Monstercat's REAL 3rd Anniversary.
TIME FOR THE MASHUP REVIEW BY ME.
This band, Didrick, I have never heard of. But their performance of 78 songs sounds pretty much like the original songs. Toothless Hawkins & His Robot Jazz Band (The jazzy part) was pretty awesome. That's my review.
I give it a 10/10.
